Inter-flowing II

(2026)

Interactive Installation

160mm (DIA) x 150mm (H)

Inter-Flowing II is an echo of Inter-Flowing 1, inspired by the idea of grounding and reconnecting with natural rhythms. At the center of the installation is a subwoofer that produces subtle vibrations, which visitors can feel by placing their hands on it. Surrounding it are four vases that together create a rhythmic soundscape in the space. Through tactile vibration and sound, the work invites visitors to be aware of their body, perception, and inner state.

LIVE PERFORMANCE:

“Only an empty cup can be filled with water.” But what happens once the container is full?

In this live performance, two performers use water and the body as mediums to explore the ideas of letting go and coexistence. Water is both a flowing substance and a carrier of perception and time, while the body continuously adjusts, responds, and releases within the space.

The performers enter the space from the perspective of the audience. Through moments of walking and stillness, they establish connections with different sensors and installations. Subtle gestures, environmental changes, and the passage of time gradually accumulate in the space, transforming into responses in sound and visuals.

As time unfolds, the space is no longer merely a site to be observed but becomes an evolving environment. Within it, performers and audience share a process that moves from holding to releasing, inviting a reconsideration of the relationship between the body, material, and environment.
